Behind the programme sits the platform. The CCDM (Continuous Content Discovery and Mapping) knows what is required, the work, how long it will take, what is involved, and drives the skills matching.
The AI governance module educates young people on the specifics of AI governance and the organisation. Continuously matching resource to need, it runs a closed loop: knowing what is needed, knowing who can deliver it, teaching people to deliver it.

The CCDM
The CCDM knows what is required: the work that needs doing, how long it will take, what is involved and what is to be done, and that knowledge drives the skills matching.
The AI governance module
Built on understanding the cause and the roots of AI governance for an organisation, the module educates the young people on the specifics of AI governance and the specifics of the organisation. The platform works continuously, matching available resource with the need.
The education
A combination of online and in-person work, limiting unnecessary travel costs. A large proportion is done directly online, at each person's own pace. It is essential this is supported by knowledge sharing and time in an office environment, so the young people experience a company and an organisational culture.
Assessment and matching
The system guides each person through, runs practical assessments, and knows their capability. That capability is linked to the skills matching.

Delivery at scale
The modules are interchangeable, so delivery works at scale. It can also be carried by the many organisations already across the country that offer services to government, driving improvement and supporting education.
