Imtiaz Kaderbhoy

Imtiaz Kaderbhoy is a technically and commercially astute Senior Business Analyst, with experience in small and large, complex capital programmes exceeding £30m. His work spans Waterfall, Agile and Kanban, bringing multiple stakeholders together to understand their needs and improve business processes supporting revenue growth, customer satisfaction and retention.

His work includes £4m in annual savings from improvements to the Whitbread supply chain, more than £5m in mortgage revenue during a six-month pilot at Post Office Money, and more than £1m in additional sales within six months from new affiliate partners at Sainsbury's. As a mentor with the International Institute of Business Analysis, he tracks programme success and helps mentees meet their goals.

Since 2024, Imtiaz has worked with senior leadership teams to run AI awareness, governance and management courses. His recent work includes overseeing a government department AI project specification, participating in vendor Q&A panels, and providing in-house and remote support services.

Lawrence Shaw

Lawrence Shaw is the founder of AAAnow, and he has managed the Boeing/RR 777 EMCS, launched an ISP in 1999 and an early e-commerce platform in 2002. He was integral to EU data protection regulation drafting across five countries, and has consulted in automated regulatory compliance, risk management and process methodology for both Deloitte and IBM. His e-service delivery work spans Vodafone, eBay, Merck and Oracle, including the world's single largest client privacy deployment.

In 2023, Lawrence developed the ARTYMUS framework for AI content governance. He now applies more than 25 years of compliance and risk discipline to AI readiness: the foundations, governance and visibility that determine how organisations are read by generative AI.
